Public offer agreement

This document is an official proposal (public offer) of the company Green Consulting (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) to conclude an agreement on the terms set out below.
In accordance with Articles 633, 641 and 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this document is a public agreement, and in case of acceptance of the terms set out below, an individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “Customer”) undertakes to comply with the terms of this agreement.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Agreement regulates the relations between the Contractor and the Customer regarding the provision of services via the website:

1.2. Using the site, filling out feedback forms or sending an application for services means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Public Offer.
1.3. If the Customer does not agree with the terms of this offer, he must stop using the site.
2. Subject of the contract
2.1. The Contractor provides consulting and other services presented on the site.
2.2. The Customer undertakes to pay for and accept the services in accordance with the terms of this contract.
2.3. Description of services, terms of their provision and other information are posted on the site.
3. Application form
3.1. The Customer may apply for services:
via the form on the site;
by phone;
by e-mail.
3.2. The Customer undertakes to provide reliable and up-to-date information.
3.3. After receiving the application, the Contractor’s representative may contact the Customer to clarify the details.
4. Cost of services
4.1. The cost of services is determined in accordance with the information posted on the website or agreed individually with the Customer.
4.2. The Contractor has the right to change the cost of services without prior notice.
4.3. The final cost of services is confirmed after the application is approved.
5. Payment
5.1. Payment for services is made in the manner agreed upon between the Customer and the Contractor.
5.2. The Customer undertakes to make payment within the terms agreed upon by the parties.
6. Rights and obligations of the parties
6.1. The Contractor has the right to:
change the content of the website;
change the terms of this offer;
refuse to provide services in case of violation of the terms of the contract.
6.2. The Contractor undertakes to:
provide services in accordance with the description on the website;
ensure the proper quality of services.
6.3. The Customer has the right to:
receive information about the services;
contact the Contractor for consultations.
6.4. The Customer undertakes to:
provide reliable information;
timely pay for services.
7. Responsibility of the Parties
7.1. The Parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
7.2. The Contractor is not liable for:
incorrect use of information obtained during consultations;
consequences caused by the provision of inaccurate information by the Customer.
8. Force Majeure
8.1. The Parties are exempt from liability for failure to fulfill obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances.
8.2. Such circumstances include:
natural disasters;
military actions;
decisions of state bodies;
other circumstances that the parties could not foresee.
9. Changes to the contract
9.1. The Contractor has the right to change the terms of this contract.
9.2. The new version of the contract comes into force from the moment of its publication on the website.
